 We use Corrugated plastic for real estate signs, political signs, and posters for conventions and other special events. Corr-plastic is the most economical ridged sign blank material we use.

It looks similar to corrugated cardboard except it's made of polypropylene copolymer, a plastic that is weatherproof, stiff, resilient, and resistant to UV and chemicals. Although corrugated plastic is primarily used for yard signs and other temporary signs, white corr-plastic is a snow white color that makes a very clean-looking sign that stays that way for a long time.

Because the corrugation lines are visible at close range, Corr-plastic is not a material used for elegant show-card work, but it is great performer, and the standard, for outdoor and indoor signs for special events and other promotional uses. Special wire stakes (photo below left), also very inexpensive, are available for this material, which has made it one of the top choices for campaign advertising and real estate signs. The yard sign stakes are galvanized 9-ga. wire, and slide into the flutes of 4mm corr-plastic. The material is light enough that it also works well as window signs mounted with suction cups.
